To mention is that if you are not satisfied with our work you do not have to pay further. This is the reason why we work in stages. Every stage is there to ensure that we are working in the right direction and that you are happy with what we do for you. After all... we are dependent on 100% customer satisfaction since almost all of our work is from referrals.
Stage 1 – In the initial cost free meeting with you, preferably at your company, we discuss and agree on what you need, how you want to present yourself and together we decide on deadlines for your work.
Stage 2 – Back in our office we make an estimate specification of what we think we need to do and what will be the cost for it. If we at any stage suspect the estimated cost being surpassed with more than 10% we will contact you for approval.

| Stage 3 – We start making suggestions of designs, which we send or show for you, to see that we are on the right track. If we need to do major changes in our designs, stage 3 will be repeated until you are satisfied.
Stage 4 – We show you the finished design and make minor changes until you are satisfied with it.
Stage 5 – This is the production of website, printed material and similar. For third party cost (print shops etc.) you will have to approve the cost once again before production. In order to provide you with 100% transparency of your costs, we encourage you to pay any bill to third party yourself. We work with our suppliers on a no commission basis and since we are big customers you can often enjoy a good discount. |
